Design & Build

If you have a dream project such as an extension or a large scale luxury property but have not yet taken any advice or had any drawings completed, we are able to help. We at Richard Barnes Ltd will be able to put you in touch with someone to complete the drawings that you will need for planning permission, help you make changes where necessary and then arrange for the building regulation to be completed.

From here we will then manage your project for you from start to finish, carrying out all negotiations with merchants, arranging all local authority inspections and of course completing your project to your requirements on time and on budget. Throughout this period you will have a 24 hr phone line to your project manager who will always answer the phone to keep the communication lines open.
