Freelance Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Due to an increasing number of project enquiries, we're looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Estimator or Quantity Surveyor to support our growing workload.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated construction professional with experience pricing a wide range of domestic and commercial projects.
Working on a freelance basis, you'll provide accurate cost estimates, prepare tender submissions and support project cost management throughout the pre-construction phase.
Key Responsibilities

Preparing detailed cost estimates for domestic and commercial construction projects.

Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.

Producing bills of quantities and quantity take-offs.

Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Assisting with tender preparation and submission.

Providing cost advice throughout the pre-construction phase.
